Employees

Rick Davis - Photographer/Owner
Rick Davis attended Spokane Falls Community College, where he received extensive training in photography. During his time in Spokane, he also trained with successful professionals, off of whom he models his style. He is certified by both the Professional Photographers of America and the Portland/Metro Photo Association, and he never stops learning new things about photography and otherwise continuing his education. He has also won many awards: Environmental Photographer of the Year, Blue Ribbon at SPI, National Award Winner for Kids, and Entrepreneur Spirit Award for Giving Back to the Community.

Monica Davis - Manager/Owner
Monica, Rick's wife who helps run Sivad, has plenty of past experience herself. Between photography classes through the Portland/Metro Photo Association and her past experience as a retail manager at Fred Meyer, she has many talents and skills to add to Sivad.

Kim Martin - Studio Manager
The other friendly face you'll be seeing around the studio is Kim Martin, the studio manager. She has an extensive background in managing. With 17 years of managing experience, nobody knows better how to make customers feel at home.

Services

We at Sivad Photography Studio do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable. Go ahead, bring your kids! We offer free consultation so we can get to know you before anything is set in stone. We'll even go to your home to help you pick a place to hang your picture so that the décor of your room matches both the picture and the frame. Always eager to get you exactly what you want, we offer prints in any size from a standard wallet (2.5 inches by 3.5 inches) to 40 inch by 50 inch portraits, or even larger, up to 50 inches by 60 inches! We specialize in family photos, pictures of the children, senior pictures, stylized eyes, and other types of photography, both standard and unique.

Setting

Sivad has two and a half acres to take photos on, with many great settings and backgrounds, such as a gazebo, a Coke machine, a garden swing, a field, and a pond. We also have an indoor studio with many backdrops and props, including candles, pillars, chilren's toys, an indoor swing, and many more! As if that weren't enough, we are willing to go to off-set locations to shoot. We will customize to your needs with on location photography. Whether you want your picture taken at Moulten Falls or all the way over to the beach, Sivad will be able to help you.

Digital Touch-Up Artistry

Here at Sivad, we won't just take your picture. We perform all sorts of retouching services, whether you want a little make up done prior to shooting, or a little digital retouching afterwards, we can do it. We do faces, eyes, hair... we can even insert or remove objects! Have an old photograph lying around that is showing it's age? Bring it in, and we can restore it so that it can once again look youthful.
